I've noticed it on a few sites but never seen an NPC one in person. It probably just depends on the school. Also some people when they first initiate they want letters on everything, so they may envy the NPHC/MGLOS line jackets. I don't believe there is anything dictating that we couldn't have line jackets if we wanted them. Although we don't have lines in my GLO so it would be kinda different.
