This SO sounds like either senile dementia or Alzheimer's disease - a LOT of Alzheimer's clients become "clothing optional". As a geriatric counselor, I've seen
way too much of this! And the Kleenex thing just sends it over the top. Does she have family checking in on her?
I have had some wild neighbors (one who would have sex with the men who were working on my roof - on her porch!), and some great ones. Currently, I have one set that plants, mows, and sets up those silly garden signs in my yard, and moved the surveyors' pegs (!), and an older couple who treat me like the daughter. Once, the older couple called me, just to make sure that I was home (because the light was on, and I wasn't supposed to be home). They're really dollbabies, and make up for the wackos!
