Hey Laura! I remember that other thread too so it's not your imagination!
I think when it says the campus is open for extension, that means that NPC groups can come onto campus if they want. Since all the sororities are local, they will probably do something similar to what happened at Valparaiso U. - all the locals went national at once. The school is 60% Greek so it will be interesting to see what happens on this one!
