When did he have plastic surgery? The only surgery I've ever heard of him having was on his knee, and that's when he gained all the weight before his first appearance on the Bachelorette. Then he lost it all.
Maybe she sees in him what many of you see in your boyfriends. I'm sure not everyone thinks ya'lls significant other is cute.
