I lived in the house for my entire sophomore year (2002-2003) and the first half of my junior year, until I went abroad.

I'm living in an apartment in the fall - but most seniors on my campus live in apartments for a variety of reasons. First off, our house has a live-in requirement of one year which most people fulfill soph or jr year. (There is room for a pledge class and a few extras to live in - so not really room for seniors). Also our rooms are really small and by the time you are a senior you just want your own space, plus the way our housing works its possible that you will have to move every quarter (although seniors get squatting priveleges and don't have to move).

I will miss it though! Nothing better than 46 friends living together... although it will be nice to be able to watch the O.C. with less than 20 people in the room!
