I have noticed that it is a 50/50 chance that an expunged charge will show up. But I can also any charges even if they are over 7 years. I run a 7 year criminal history and I get things that are 9/11/15 years old. For what I am looking for this doesn't make a difference, but it could be a problem if a company sees that and uses against someone.
Was is supposed to be expunged or was it just going to fall off because of the 7 years?
It's on your criminal history unless GBI gets an official written order to seal or expunge....and we have the resources to fulfill the request... an increased budget would help!
