What school are you transferring to? I would suggest calling the school or checking out the website to get more information on formal recruitment. The greek life advisors at the school will be able to tell you how many girls go through recruitment each year. They might also be able to tell you the percentage of girls who end up in a house (if they know the figure and are allowed to share). Another suggestion I have is possibly getting recommendations.
