And medical necessity: well there are heavy regulations in the medical industry. There is a difference between regulations made to save lives and those made to endanger the lives of women. (I know, I know, some will argue a fetus is a life, that's the root of the whole debate I think, and it's pretty hard to change somebody's mind on when life begins.)
