That sounds like classic AT&T. they are nortorious for pulling crud like that. I am on the phone to customer service a lot with them... Did you get that letter recently from them regarding the fact that Cingular has bought them out and changing over sometime next yr
I try not to use as much as i can and just wait my contract out but i do want to switch badly!
My ex husband just moved back to Oklahoma recently and he was telling me that he had the free nationwide and roaming plan and he just got his bill and about fell over fromthe fees......AT&T sucks! he is a cheap anyways so serves him right!
