I have also seen people wearing alpha phi alpha letters(on hats, shirts, and windbreakers)...so there is a definite possibility that they are an active chapter.
However, NT does not update their webpages on greeklife constantly- they still have rush registration info up for Fall 2003, and the reports for community service are a recent as 2001- and they do still have SAE listed.
I'm really not sure- I know that they did have a chapter at one point, but whether or not they are still active, ill have to find out.
