This may not seem like a big deal to some, but for NYC it's a good "small world" story I think.
Many random friends, either from teaching or their friends/rommmates etc
I've met and found out go to my church here in the city. There are 4 different very well attended services which makes it pretty funny when I meet someone who goes there too.
Another church related story...my parents in Florida were telling a man at their church that I live up here and he said "Oh a long time ago I sold a car to this minister from up there. He was on his way to Mexico for a missions trip and his broke down so he came through Orlando and got one from me. She should really go to his church" He was talking about my minister! Small world..
In general, I take this all as a sign I'm going to the right church!
