Re: Mass Transit

1) Do you have mass transit where you live, and what type?

There is a little mini train in Baltimore )I think it's called the metro) that goes to the Northern suburbs and the airport, plus busses. Then in Annapolis, there are busses. I think there is a bus route between Annapolis and Baltimore.

2) Does it get you where you need to go?
When we want to go into Baltimore for an Orioles game or to see a play or concert, we'll drive to one of the metro stations outside of the city then take the train in. So, yeah, it suits our purposes.

3) Does it run frequently?
During the day and evening, I believe

4) Is the ridership composed of all classes of people? If not, is there a stigma for people who use it?
I've never been on a city bus here, but the metro has no stigma. All kinds of folks ride on it; about half commuters and half people who are getting around the city.

5) Is it clean and safe?
Yes
