In NYC:

Women may go topless in public, providing it is not being used as a business.

It is illegal for a woman to be on the street wearing "body hugging clothing."

So it's not ok for me to wear a tight fitting blouse, but I can resolve the problem by taking it off?

And I'm sooo glad there are no "missionary position only" laws around here.
