Would I date a younger man. I have...usually only a year younger...but I dated one 3 years younger not so long ago...The maturity issue definitely came up. I was ready for a lot more than he could handle and like Donell Jones in "Where I Wanna Be"...he bounced to mature while being single.

on the flip side...I used to ONLY date older men. Like no younger than 30, which was cool for a while, but then I realiZed I kept running into males who were either ready to settle down or recapture their youth.

Currently, I am happily dating someone 13 months older than me and that suits me just fine...but 3-4 years ago...it would have never happened...cause the maturity level just wouldn't have been there for him.

I realiZe that during the mid to late 20's or early 30's a male's maturity level catches up to a women's...but then there are some who will forever have the maturity level of a 16 yo...you've just got to figure out which is which...
