Questions........

Why is it that this child was "abandoned" after being kidnapped for 2 years and was claimed the first day the story breaks on the news? When she was reported missing and her daddy was the last one with her, why didn't they look for the father who was in the same state?

Why can't this type of coverage happen for every single child that goes missing/gets kidnapped or do kids get more sympathy when they are abandoned? Maybe if she had press 2 years ago she could have been identified and returned home considering she was only a hour or less away from her mother.

I think the police and the press need to do more when it comes to missing children. Every missing child needs to be reported through the media. If the number of missing kids is too much for our police, maybe another part of the government needs to be established to deal with this issue.
