Iota Omega has potential but they believe in quantity over quality. Quota is much more important than getting the girls that you want in the house. Sometimes it's better to take fewer girls that the house wants than to try to make quota. If you don't you will catch yourself in a vicious cycle and not move up in the greek system...let's face it greek life is similar to high school. You know which house is considered the best and which is not.
