I have two words for you....
Yay Kings!
Tonight's game was awesome, and I can't wait to see how Saturday's game plays itself out....
But I still love ya, anyways!

I didn't watch it but I am very happy for a Kings win! YAY!
The local radio station remade a song to apply to the kings. It's kinda funny. I don't know the name of the song, or frankly the words either... but it's a hip hop song and it's the one that goes "...the window... to the wall..." or something. It's annoyingly cute.

and I love you too.
I caught the 4th quarter of the game last night after I left school. It's the curse of the MVP award. KG was in a cold shooting slump. Game Two should be better.

It'll be interesting to see how the Kings come back to play in Game Two after flying home after Game One and then returning to Minnesota later in the week, and then only get two days before playing Game Three (what a crazy schedule...who came up with that one?)
But for now....Yay for the Spurs! (and this is the only time I'll be rooting for them)

This is definitely not good
After seeing last night's Laker-Spur game, this is hard for me to post. I'm just dumbstruck about getting so far behind in the first half.
Not ready to throw in the towel, but definitely looking ahead at 2004-2005.
I think if it comes down to it, you give Gary Payton his walking papers and keep Karl Malone. I'm not even factoring in what Kobester might do.
Payton can't guard young Tony Parker, who's lightning in a bottle.

Tony Parker was on Fire last night. 30 points for him and Gary was pretty much a non-factor guarding him. The Lakers gave a pretty good run with Shaq scoring the majority of the points. Shaq and Co. really need to take a look at themselves in the mirror and make a decision as to do they really want a championship or not.

Precisely. The team needs to cut the egomaniacal BS and get it together. Use Daddy early and Kobe and other good foul shooters late. I'm awaiting Game 3 in Los Angeles.

Can anyone explain the officiating to me? How can Miller and Garnett dive for the same loose ball and have it be called a foul on Miller? How can Bibby have a shot on it's way to the basket and Garnett knocks it away and it not be called goaltending? How can Cassell hit a shot and run away like a gorilla or someone juggling his "balls" and not pick up a technical? If anyone else was to have done that, they would've been T-ed up so quickly their head would still be spinning.
All in all, it was a good game, but just wait until Game 3...Kings are going to be PISSED off, no matter what happens

I caught some of it. It was good of KG and Co. to win because it would look very bad on their part if they lost.

The thing is, they SHOULD HAVE lost.
The Kings were up by 10 with four minutes left to go in the game, and then after coming out of a timeout (which was a great job by the T-wolves coach by stopping the tempo) and the Kings lost their rhythm, but there was also some really weird officiating going on as well.
When the T-wolves allowed the Kings to come back from a 10 point deficit after halftime, that should've been the clincher that the T-wolves were going to lose.
But, it's okay. The Kings are going to come out tomorrow night ticked off with everything that went on, and they'll win tomorrow night and Wednesday night in Sacramento. They just wanted to give Bobby Jackson the chance to play in this series (supposedly he'll be back to play in Friday's game)

Like Sam I can sell
Like Latrell I hit three's real well
The Kings were out played in the last four minutes, pure and simple. The Wolves just want it more, and the 'pack is going to run through Arco. We took two there this year, and we are going to do it again! The Twolves own Arco, 'nuff said.

I think you forget that that was the regular season. Kings have not lost at Arco in the postseason yet this year, and it won't start tomorrow or Wednesday.
Twolves looked very shaky during Game Two, and I think because the Kings shut themselves down in the fourth quarter is the only reason that this series is tied up rather than the Kings leading 2-0.
And I've said it already, the Kings are going to be PISSED off and come out with a vengeance. It happened in the last series versus the Mavericks, and look how that series ended up?
