wow. this is a tough one. my advice is to talk to her soon. i am infamous for leaving things like that until the last minute, and i only end up in deeper s@*t because of it. sit down and discuss things with her...especially making it clear that no matter what you will still be friends, etc. just because you aren't living together doesnt mean you cant be friends and hang out. she is going to be hurt, no doubt, but if you talk to her now then things wont have to get ugly later! good luck!
