I also try to tell myself that the hunger feeling you have sometimes is a GIFT. Meaning, when you have hunger pains, that means you are burning calories!
It is really bad eating late at night. That is one of the minor things I did that really made a difference. I don't eat past 6:00 pm. And no regular soda. That to me was a minor but major thing!
Remember, hunger is a gift when you are trying to lose weight.
