Obviously, there had been miscommunication. I feel that you should contact her and dicuss this issue. That is all you can do. After that discussion you will know where you stand.

PS-I went to Warrensville Hts. High. Class of 1999. SMALL WORLD. CT4, when did you graduate? I do know you brother, Brandon-I believe. We went to college together.
