Well I think it depends on what it is... like Lady Pi Phi said, if that IM is proof of bid promising or other blatant disregard of rush rules.. then report it... but if it just says like (as was stated above) my mascot eats your mascot, or XYZs are snobby, slutty, fat, bitchy... (insert insult) then yeah whatever.. there's really nothing that Panhel can do anyway... so unfortunatly you will have to just "brush your shoulders off" or stoop to their 3rd grade playgroud level and post something really great like "I know you are but what am I" or "I'm rubber you're glue"
