Dylan was charged with assault with a weapon and he was already on probation for previously stealing a car and beating people up. He wasn't showing up for meetings with his P.O. (sounds familiar?) and wasn't following through with the rules of his probation. He just doesn't want to do right, yet wants people to feel sorry for him.
