Hi Winterlillies,

I think that you should consider the purpose and vision you had for your organization. You are not always going to agree with each other and there will definitely be internal struggles but your group's mission should be the driving force for you to stay and bite your tongue. You co-founded your sorority because you felt it would benefit others like you and benefit your campus.

As members, you will all go through some dissapointments yet, it is your bond as sisters that will allow each of you to forgive and do what is right for the development of your organization. Remember that you were all members first and co-founders last. Although the situation with the pledges is humiliating keep in mine that you are a co-founder and they will learn from every action you make, set the right example that they can learn from and emulate for coming years. Present yourself gracefully, attend meetings and continue to give your 100%.

Don't punish the group for the actions of one or a few people, it may seem like an easy option to mend the wounds of rejection but is it not. Don't let rejection prevent you from fulfilling your dreams. Simply try another approach and be strong!!
