Yea for Milwaukee and Phi Sig!!!!!
As a Wisconsin (by way of Menomonie and Beloit) girl, I must agree w/the others and say it is so wonderful so see it expanding. I thought that Milwaukee used to have a bunch of chapters (including AST's Gamma chapter) I never realized it had become so small. 
But Congrats on your expansion!!!!

Phi Sig has also been invited to colonize (and therefore re open our Gamma Lambda chapter first opened in 1977) at Unviersity of Wisconsin- Superior !!!!!!!!! YEAH I believe both have interest groups already formed... (Pirepresent will know more about that)
