yes yes yes definatley tell a girl when you think she looks hot- it makes me feel fantastic- however i definately have to side with some of the girls- don't go overboard and don't be creepy about it= some english guys are all like your soooo beautifullll i'm like ewww get away- but a guy being like you look hot when you dressed up- or even when she is complaining about how gross she looks- hearing that something like "your beautiful to me no matter what yo uthink" is definately a confidence booster....
