It is - BUT ... most of the events start really early (8am, and some things may start at 7:30 depending on the position), and WILL run late like (11:30 pm to 12 am).
When they go online to register, when they get to Step 2 - they need to select "No" for a hotel room. They will then only have to pay the registration fee. (If they answer YES, Step 3 will have Room & Board info; If NO, it won't have room & board info).
Note: This means that if they want to EAT at LI, they will have to buy the meal plan separate. They will need to contact
Sara Hotchkiss to find out what the meal cost is, and arrange payment.
Meals are (Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast).
