I understand the issue. But do we really need another motor vehicle law on the books that allows police to pull us over?
They have enough of now, I and i believe they abuse them. If we pass this kind of law, for a hefty fine, you'll have police pulling a lit of people over saying that they thought they saw porn . .

Why are people so irresponsible? Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you should! What happened to sound judgment? Do they not realize it's just about them? Do we really need another law to legislate what should be common sense?

Sound judgment and common sense are disappearing very fast from our society, IMO.
