Let me think... that would be NONE of them.

He was elected fairly according to our constitution. Because a few Democrat voters are too retarded to read the voting card before they stamp it does not somehow make Bush culpable for stealing an election.
I think it would be more truthful to say he was elected fairly according to the Florida Constitution.

In fairness, I would say that it was a questionable recount that was certified by a Secretary of State who was the state chairman of his election campaign. The fact that the Governor of Florida is the brother of the President further muddies the picture.

Whether the recount itself was accurate or not (and I don't know that it was or wasn't), it would have been a whole lot more comfortable if she had recused herself and an outside party or group with no bias had been able to certify the recount.
