I know how hard it is to wait (trust me, my sponsor prolly wanted to strangle me at times).
Don't expect the worst. The detailed letter could mean anything. Usually if it is a detailed letter it is not a kick to the curb letter...
Also wait until she contacts you. Do NOT badger her with "how come you haven't given me that detailed letter". It will turn people off and make you look desperate.
