I am going to try to wear my badge to class but not to work since I work around food. As far as non-NPC people wearing their badge I agree with Little E. Wear your badge and if someone does tell you something tell them where they can go or something. But I honestly doubt someone's going to come up to you and go "hey your not in an NPC GLO so you shouldn't be wearing your badge". Just my 2 cents.
