I lost my baby at 4 1/2 months. I'm ok with it now and looking forward to the future. BUT, I must say, I had the most horrific MS between months 2 and 4. I really found the cold things helped. The suggestion about frozen grapes would probably have worked for me. I kept a washrag on me at all times because I could just put some water on it and slap it on my head. I sucked on ice and all sorts of things.

I also lost a bunch of weight in the short time I was pregnant, but came out with a lot of experience! LOL! I seriously would eat ANYTIME I wasn't nauseated. The rules of mealtime went out the window! It was so infrequent that I could hold anything down that I went ahead and ate as often as possible. I found that extra sweet things and dairy products KILLED me!! I stuck with fruit and some veggies.

WEIRD CRAVINGS: Before I realized I was pregnant, I started buying Fruit Loops in bulk! When I found out I was preggo, I knew why!! Also, and this is a bit sick...I had a dream one night of a peanut butter and tuna sandwich (both of which I like SEPARATELY!) Well, the next day, I couldn't get it off my mind, so I indulged myself. It was delicious, but it did make me sick! Thinking back, I was a MONSTER!! LOL! I've tried peanut butter and tuna since then and it is absolutely awful!
