Yeah, but you don't put them in jail for pity sakes. They are consenting adults. If they want to stay together, well great. It doesn't seem like they are a danger to society.

DNA tests confirmed last month that Alice is Carrol's biological daughter.
“We really didn't know until December 5th that she's legally mine,” said Carrol. “But that's just in blood tests, not in feelings.”
Those familiar with the Ferdinandsens are now voicing their feelings.
“It is not right for daddy and daughter to be sleeping together,” she said.
But they also say it will fall on deaf ears. “When they get out, Katie bar the door, they're going to get back together. They're going to leave."
Carrol Ferdinandsen is also required to register as a sex offender, for a rape conviction involving Alice when she was a teen-ager.
A court hearing for the latest charges has not been scheduled.
