For example at the University of British Columbia where i'm from, we have 9 NIC Fraternity Chapters, 1 colony, and 1 soon to be colony. We have 8 NPC Sorority Chapters. We also have 2 Professional Fraternities, and 1 professional sorority. We also have the last international chapter of Phrateres, a girl-only service club affiliated with the Greek System.
Many schools don't recognize the groups individually, nor do many people participate (other than at some schools). On another note, schools with the title "university college" tend to have four year programs as well as two year ones.
