Restaurants trying to serve food that's not their speciality. It's very rarely any good.

Like sandwich places suddenly advertising new-crappy-Atkins-food! Umm, last time I checked, "sandwich" = edible stuff served between or on BREAD. Go Carbs Go!

Or just in general, fast food places trying to act like they have healthy food.
