Hmm. I have believed most threads that are locked or deleted by moderators when things have really taken a turn for the worse, always have a post in there which acted as a catalyst. I.e things were perhaps a little confrontational but after that post the thread wasn't gonna get better again. I imagine you could look at all those such posts and see if there was any pattern as to who tended to make them and then you might know who the "problem users" are.
I think... the thread was irreverent anyhow; I don't know what any one post is so much worse than they other. Lil' Hannah, if you think the thread has veered off in a poor direction maybe you could post in it and bring it back on course?
