Greetings DiSTinguished Divas I gots to give you your props b/c my mom aunts and grandma are all members of this great org. my sister is even a delta debutante. I didn't know that Rudy (Kiesha Kinght Pulliam) was a member I was reading Jet Mag. and she just graduated from Spelman College in my hometown ATL. so CONGRATS on the number of educated famous members you have. and I'm OUT.

The other day I heard a rumor that when Keisha Knight-Pullam pledged DST at Spelman that her big sisters gave her the line name of "RUDY". I couldn't believe this especially seeing that I heard she gets P-Oed when people call her that. I doubt it, but is there any truth to this?

She's my sands. (We say sands meaning 'crossed same semester'.) As stated she was made Spring 1999 at Spelman and I was made across the grass at Clark Atlanta University. Of course all of us AUC (Atlanta University Center) Sorors attend each other's events. But I graduated a few weeks after crossing so I think I only saw her once.

Someone correct me here if I am wrong but I think her line name eventually ended up being Platinum Pearl!

I don't know if her line name is "Rudy", but, she was a childhood friend of mine. Her aunt stayed behind me and she would come visit her a lot, and we were playmates. However, she does hate to be called Rudy. I know that for a fact. I haven't talked to her in some years, but I was very pleased to hear we were sorors!!
