HC my car got stuck in the snow this morning right outside of my campus building?
HC melanin-deficient folk were driving past me left and right even though I was obviously struggling and in need of help?
HC I was GLAD to see a Black man drive past b/c I KNEW that he would help me?
HC he helped me?
HC I love my people?

HC I KNEW that he would have my back when I saw him?

HC every day i set up meetings between people
HC this is not always the easiest thing to do
HC everyone has super busy schedules
HC these BC professors are trying to get a program started
HC he sent a random email in looking for help
HC i responded
HC set up a meeting with my boss
HC led to meetings with the lab
HC has basically gotten their idea off and running into a program they will be working on with MBA students
HC they just sent me flowers as a thanks
HC that's so nice of them
HC completely unexpected
HC i do stuff like this all the time and i usually don't even get a thanks
HC completely shocked when security called and said there was a flower delivery waiting for me down at the desk
HC brief thought made me think it might be idiot boy
HC i realized that wouldn't happen
HC this has made my horrible week take a slight turn for the better!
HC still a long long week...

HC I had an informal day off today
HC our server went down completely
HC no internet, no access to our documents or information
HC I cleaned up the office and talked to coworkers
HC it was the beeeeeeeest day!
HC I had to talk to my boss this morning
HC I have not left work before 6 pm for about a month
HC for the last 2 weeks the earliest I left was 6:30
HC I was here til freakin 8 pm last night
HC I told him that while I love what I do, the madness must end!
HC they might hire extra personnel
