Hahahah! I couldn't agree more!! I know people that do this. So annoying.
However if you wear a lighter shade of lipliner (as long as you MAKE SURE it's not dark) you can get away with just putting on some light colored lipgloss without looking like a freak. This looks good most of the time as long as there's not a really dark line of lip liner.
