we have booths on our campus very similar to Sac State's (which is what chideltjen is refering to)

Since we have no greek housing our booths are like our homes. we have a row in the quad where each GLO, national and local, have a booth. We can keep ours out all school year. (however we have to move them when not in school: winter, summer, and sometimes for spring break) Each group makes their own. Most groups also have benches in front of their booths and this is where greek members hang out between classes. Its great PR. The only hassle is transporting them on and off campus. We built ours so that it can separate into three pieces. we bought all the wood, paint, border, hinges, etc. from our local hardware store (Orchard Supply). My dad helped us make it and another sister's dad made our wooden letters that are on the booth. Our bench was bought from a man from our town (Turlock, Ca). He makes really nice quality wooden products.
