Thanks so much for your concern (and for everyone else's, as well as advice!). I haven't been able to go to my doctor yet because I have been so busy, first wish Rush, and now a Composer's Symposium I am performing in next week...I am a featured performer, and have spent every spare moment practicing. Yikes!
