Because I knew, after talking to him on the phone for two hours, he was the man I was going to marry. Because we have an infinite number of things in common but we are comfortable sitting with each other in silence. Because he would do anything to make me happy and vice versa. Because he high-fives me when my belches/farts are better than his.
Because he laughs at all my dumb jokes. Because he always knows how to make me feel better. Because even though I get frustrated and angry with him, the thought of not having him in my life is too scary to imagine.
