The information from this thread has been so overwhelming! I have decided that I will go to buy the book again today. I had actually tried Atkins several years ago, but failed miserably! I have made many changes in my eating since then...so maybe this time I will be successful. I was addicted to juice & fast food. I think I will start Feb 1... any one want to start with me?
