i know some groups,
GPhiB comes to mind, that have a special task force for this specific purpose. i wouldn't mind contributing some money to a program, especially with the prices being driven up so high, usually by collectors. i know there have been times where i've bid on a pin that i really want, but the price just gets too high and i can't afford it
