It's official....its time to start shopping for swimsuits!!!!
So, in the name of swimsuit shopping, I thought I would ask where everyone's favorite swimsuits come from!!!

"Everything but Water" (I think that's the name) in the Scottsdale Fashion Plaza........It's huge.
They sell in pieces so my "bigger on the top' body can get what it needs. I got a great one there the day after Christmas....And got one a few years ago there too.
<rant>
My swimsuit cost more than the two pairs of pants, and two mock turtlenecks I bought at Robinson's May (in total)!

The new Victoria's Secret Swim 2004 Brazil line has a great selection of suits! I love the one by Calvin Kline, which is a full peice and has a wrap that's so classic. Check it out if you get a chance!

Burdines
It's a department store in Florida. (" The Florida Store")
They sell all different types of cute bathing suits. My favorite type are Esprit bathing suits and Burdines has a HUGE selection from them. Their bathing suits are slightly expensive there (can run you $70 for something that can be completely ruined in chlorinated water) but Burdines often has great sales; they're infamous for their sales.
I don't like to catalog order my swimsuits. Swimsuits are one of those things that have to fit just right since they're not much covering you. You don't want to accidently get a suit that too baggy, too tight, doesn't have enough material in places that there should be more material, or too see-through.
ETA:
If you like designer swim wear (Esprit, Nautica, Calvin Klein) but don't want to spend a lot, go to TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I've found some awesome CK, Nautica, and Esprit swimsuits there for $20!

I got my current suit at Syms. (kind of like a Marshall's or TJ Maxx but with more "upscale" names) It's a Miraclesuit and I got it for $29! (it sells for something like $85 normally)

Last summer I bought four bikinis on sale for about $70. That was a great sale. I bought them the day before NY brought back the tax on clothes.

VERY cute!
However, after spending a while looking for a suit recently, I know it would definitely not look good on MY body.........

I looove that J.Crew one too, but I'd like some more substantial bottoms for it.

I wear underwear when I try on bathing suits. I wash the new bathing suits when I get home.

Victoria's Secret!!! I'm ordering the bandeau and hot short swimsuit (the black and white one) in the new catalogue. I also may get the black faux suede one too.
