We have 5 sororities at University of San Diego, this is how our recruitment process is set up this year:
Day 1:
Housing check-in, Recruitment check-in, orientation, and recruitment group meetings
Day 2:
Sisterhood Parties (visit all 5 sororities for 30 min each & have 2 visitng periods off)
-no cuts made this round
Day 3:
Open House Parties (visit all 5 sororities for 30 min each & have a lunch break and 2 visiting periods off)
-cuts made after this round by sororities
Day 4:
Philanthropy Day
-invitation pick up in the morning, pnms make cuts if necessary
visit 3 sororities for 45 min each with 2 visiting periods off
-cuts made after this round by sororities
Day 5:
-invitation pick up in the morning, pnms make cuts if necessary
Pref Night (visit 2 sororities for 1 hour each and have one visiting period off)
-pnms then rank sororities on their pref card
-sororities compile bid day lists
Day 6:
Bid Day!
Our recruitment runs from Tuesday - Sunday
