Haha! This is so true...I was at work the other day and my co-worker from Kansas was laughing at me because I came in with a wool peacoat, a wool hat, a scarf, and mittens and it was only 46 degrees at 7:00am and was complaining that it was freezing. He laughed and said I didn't know cold until I had to cover your face to keep by frozen breath from damaging my lungs. It turned out to be a warm, sunny 70 degree day but anything below 60 is COLD for this born and bred L.A. girl!
