Along the lines of baking soda--its not just good for your teeth. If you mix a little baking soda with water in your hands, it makes a very gentle but effective exfoliant for your face! Guaranteed not to irritate your face or make you break out, like walnut scrubs sometimes can!

On it's own. Put some Baking soda in your hand. Wet the brush. Dip and go to town. The same way it absorbs odor in your fridge-it absorbs odor in your mouth. I don't know what would happen if you added toothpaste to make it more palatable.
The baking soda toothpastes just don't cut it.
At a restaurant chew the little piece of parsley on your plate, it will help too.

Greeklawgirl-very true! It also will clean your tub-counters-anything that you would use Comet on (not tuff stains though) and not harm the environment.

I swear the vinegar thing works - I have done it before. Maybe it ripped your friend's stomache, but maybe she did it for too long? A week or two will help you drop a couple pounds.

Ok, it's not really beauty, but it's related...

if you have little kids (or nieces, nephews, etc.) who have drawn on your walls with crayons, eye-makeup remover takes it off!

A little bit of white eyeliner on your inner bottom lid will really brighten your eyes. Just be careful not to put too much, or it'll look very fake, and your secret will be out!
