Nope. Neither my old company or my new one would cover the condo. And agents in both Ohio and here in Colorado worked on it for me.
Bottom line is that, unless there is a state law forcing them to cover something (and in this case, there isn't), they can choose not to write policies for pretty much whatever they want.
