Make that a third! We were talking about it at lunch today as I ate chicken strips instead of a burger and mentioned that I was trying to come up with things to make for dinner to at least cut down on beef (especially ground beef, which seems to be higher risk). A co-worker said "there are a zillion ways to make chicken" and I just looked at her.. then I said "but we want things that taste good!"
I am not cutting out beef completely, just cutting back some. I did end up with a Wendy's cheeseburger for dinner tonight after all!
