Lady Pi Phi two that I've heard good things about are Citizens of Humanity and Paper Denim & Cloth. Usually in the $100-$150 range. I just discovered our local Von Maur carries PD&C but not in my size! I'm too damn tall!

How tall are you. I'm 5'8'' and I find that I have problems finding pants that are long enough myself.
